The second is litigation. Support CK Hutchison in continuing to initiate overseas litigation. Just like Canada's First Quantum Mining, which launched a sky-high claim against Panama (the latter's claim amount was as high as 20 billion U.S. dollars), the claim amount will also be included in the previous fines and confiscations as appropriate.

It is worth mentioning that litigation is originally more formal than substantive. Traditionally, this type of litigation involves mostly Western judges. The litigation is protracted and may not necessarily have a good outcome. The third is sanctions. The sanctions should be broader. The skeleton was found by Jamkat, a 23-year-old Laotian worker who worked in the coconut grove. He told the police that when he was watering the coconut trees that day, he found an object that looked like a human skull and immediately ran to notify his employer.

Chankar said that the night before, he dreamed of a woman with a bobbed hair and wearing white clothes approaching him and saying, "I'm very hungry, please give me rice." The woman in the dream also told him that she was 26 years old, and he was trying to find food for her in the dream.

After discovering the skull the next morning, he associated it with a dream and believed it was a woman's spirit that led him to the remains.

A resident who lives near where the upper arm bone was found told the police that his dog had been holding and chewing on a bone for several days, but it was not until the skull was found and the police arrived that they realized it was a human bone.

The resident said he was shocked. He had never smelled the smell of decomposing corpses or noticed anything unusual before.

All skeletal fragments found have been sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for a detailed autopsy to confirm the identity and cause of death. Initial assessment revealed that the skull was small and had features similar to those of a female skull.

Police said the scattered bones may have been picked up and chewed by stray dogs, as there are a large number of stray dogs in the area.

According to Thai media reports, investigators will search the scene again to look for other skeletal remains that have not yet been found.
