How to make an authentic and delicious latte?
The coffee machine used in the Qianjie store has a powder bowl with double concentration capacity, and the amount of powder is about 18-20 grams. When Qianjie produces latte, 20 grams of coffee powder is used, and a powder-to-liquid extraction ratio of 1:2 is used, that is, 20 grams of coffee powder extracts 40 grams of coffee liquid. Finally, fuse the whipped milk and the extracted espresso for latte art. The fusion is done before latte art. The distance between the mouth of the milk vat and the cup is slightly higher, which has impact. Gently fuse the milk and coffee until it is 70% full. Then the latte art vat is lowered.
