Shen Xinchun, male, Democratic League, Doctor of Engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor, leader of the outstanding science and technology innovation team "Functional Cereals, Oils, Foods and Molecular Nutrition" of Jiangsu universities, member of the school's academic committee, and famous teaching teacher of the school. He concurrently serves as a special evaluation expert for national science and technology cooperation, an evaluation expert for the China Association for Science and Technology Science and Technology Talent Awards, a director of the National Grain Industry Science and Technology Innovation Alliance (Binzhou), an executive director of the Food Branch of the China Cereals and Oils Society, and an executive director of the Nanjing Nutrition Society.

Representative results:
In recent years, he has undertaken 5 national key research and development plan projects and National Natural Science Foundation projects, and 5 provincial and ministerial level projects; published more than 160 high-level papers in journals such as PNAS and Diabetes, and submitted nearly 30 paper abstracts to international conferences. Among them, he was selected to speak at the conference 8 times by the American Endocrinology Annual Meeting and the Japanese Society of Fermentation and Bioengineering; and has authorized nearly 20 invention patents, including 3 U.S. patents. Published 3 academic monographs.
Honors, Awards and Others:
(1) Received nearly 10 awards at home and abroad, including the first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the China Chamber of Commerce and the second prize of the China Cereals and Oils Society.
