1. Company introduction

Bank of Sichuan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Bank of Sichuan) is the first provincial-level legal person city commercial bank in Sichuan Province, with a registered capital of 30 billion yuan, ranking among the top city commercial banks in the country.

As of now, Sichuan Bank has 147 business outlets in Sichuan, and has established branches in Chengdu, Liangshan, Panzhihua, Zigong, Luzhou, Neijiang, Dazhou, Ya'an, Meishan, Guang'an, Nanchong, Guangyuan and Bazhong, and will gradually add branches.

2. Recruitment positions

(1) Organizations directly under the head office: grassroots management positions and bank clerk positions in the Remote Banking Center of the Channel Management Department, the Operation Center of the Operations Management Department, and the Financial Accounting Center of the Planning and Finance Department;

(2) The proposed branch: internal departments, grassroots management positions and bank clerk positions of the branch.

3. Proposed work location

The working place of the directly affiliated branch of the head office is in Chengdu, and the working place of the proposed branch is in the location of the corresponding branch (including counties (cities, districts) within its jurisdiction).

If you apply for a branch to be established, if the branch has not yet opened after joining, you can participate in the preparation of the proposed branch in the Chengdu area according to work needs, or be arranged to participate in the head office department or existing branches according to work needs. After the proposed branch opens for business, he will be transferred to the corresponding branch.

4. Nature of employment

The recruitment positions are all on a contract basis, and a labor contract must be signed with the Sichuan Bank office corresponding to the position applied for.

5. Qualifications

(1) Basic conditions

1. Have good political quality, be loyal to the party, firmly support the "two establishments" and resolutely achieve the "two safeguards".

2. Have a strong sense of responsibility, be diligent and down-to-earth, bear hardships and stand hard work, be honest and keep promises, have a strong sense of compliance and excellent teamwork spirit.

3. Have strong comprehensive analysis, language expression, manuscript writing and communication and coordination skills.

4. Have good psychological quality and physical condition to perform duties normally.

5. Comply with the relevant provisions of Sichuan Bank on avoidance of performance of duties. Spouses, direct blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations and close relatives who have served as senior, middle and grass-roots managers and corresponding level positions in Sichuan Bank are not allowed to apply; parents, spouses and their parents, children and their spouses of ordinary employees who are already working in Sichuan Bank are not allowed to apply; issues related to avoidance of duty performance in the same branch will be strictly managed.

6. There is no business setting up an enterprise (if there is a business setting up an enterprise, completing the industrial and commercial registration change or cancellation procedures will be a prerequisite for employment).

7. No part-time job in other units (if there is part-time job, completing the removal or withdrawal procedures will be a prerequisite for employment).

8. There is no violation of national laws, regulations and industry supervision regulations.

(2) Job conditions

1. Academic qualifications

(1) Applicants for positions directly under the head office should have a full-time undergraduate degree or above and a corresponding degree from a domestic institution, or a full-time undergraduate degree or above and a corresponding degree from an overseas institution certified by the Ministry of Education. Master's degree candidates are preferred.

(2) Applicants for positions to be established in branches should have a bachelor's degree or above from a domestic institution, or a bachelor's degree or above from an overseas institution certified by the Ministry of Education. Those whose highest academic qualifications are part-time should have a full-time college degree or above. For clerk positions recruited to difficult and remote areas in Xingwen County and Pingshan County of Yibin, the highest academic qualifications can be relaxed to a full-time college degree. In principle, the personnel recruited under the relaxed conditions must have served in the corresponding area for no less than 3 years.

2. To apply for a grass-roots full-level position (branch department general manager), you should generally have a grass-roots deputy level management position (corresponding to the deputy general manager of the Sichuan Bank branch department and corresponding level positions) with more than 2 years of work experience and more than 5 years of cumulative work experience; apply To hold positions at the grassroots level (deputy manager of an organization directly under the head office, deputy general manager (deputy director) of a branch department, or vice president of a planned management branch), one should generally have more than three years of work experience, among which doctoral candidates should have more than two years of work experience.

3. Possess professional background and abilities that are consistent with the requirements of the position to be hired. Please refer to the job description for other qualifications.

4. The cut-off time for calculating the work experience involved in the position is July 2025.

6. Recruitment procedures

Recruitment is conducted in accordance with procedures such as online registration, resume screening (qualification review), comprehensive assessment (written test, interview, etc.), background investigation (organizational inspection), employment approval, issuance of employment letter, and physical examination.

(1) Online registration. Applicants log in to the Zhaopin recruitment website to register. Each person can only apply for one position; if you apply for multiple positions, the last one applied for will prevail.

(2) Resume screening (qualification review). Bank of Sichuan will conduct resume screening (qualification review) of applicants based on recruitment conditions, and select shortlisted candidates based on job requirements and registration status. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. If an applicant is found to be incompatible with relevant requirements at any stage, his or her qualifications will be cancelled.

(3) Comprehensive assessment (written test, interview, etc.). Comprehensive assessment of candidates' political qualities, professional abilities, work performance and other aspects will be conducted through written examinations, interviews and other methods.

(4) Background investigation (organizational inspection). For those who pass the interview for grassroots management positions, we will organize and implement inspections or conduct background investigations through comprehensive methods such as resume evaluation, moral integrity evaluation, performance evaluation, etc.; for those who pass the interview for executive positions, we will conduct a unified background investigation.

Follow-up arrangements such as online written examinations, interviews, background checks (organizational inspections), issuance of employment letters, and physical examinations will be notified separately via phone calls, text messages, emails, etc. The notifications sent to the contact information provided by the applicant when registering will be deemed to have been effectively delivered, so please pay attention in time. Unqualified applicants will not be notified.

7. Precautions
