According to the "Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Zhejiang Province", Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics has decided to openly recruit staff from the public. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the recruiting unit
Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics is a key undergraduate university in Zhejiang Province and a second-class public welfare institution. Its budget is in the form of appropriate financial subsidies. There are currently more than 13,500 full-time regular students and more than 1,300 faculty and staff. The school is located in Xiasha Higher Education Park, Hangzhou.
2. Recruitment positions and conditions
This time, there are 6 open recruitment positions for a total of 13 people, all of which are professional and technical positions.
(1) Recruitment conditions
1. Comply with the "Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Zhejiang Province" and the relevant stipulated conditions clearly referenced and implemented by the recruiting unit, as well as the specific requirements for the recruitment position (see the "Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics Recruitment Position Table", Appendix 1 for details).
2. Meet the conditions to officially start working before August 31, 2013.
(2) Explanation of recruitment conditions
1. Professional. The recruitment unit shall independently identify the candidates by referring to the catalog of majors set up by universities.
2. Priority conditions. If the recruitment conditions clearly give priority to those who meet the job preference requirements, other candidates will be declined based on the registration status, or relevant preferences will be reflected in the interview evaluation criteria.
3. Recruitment procedures and methods
(1) Registration and preliminary qualification review
1. Sign up. Applicants should log in to the Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics recruitment system (http://115.239.252.17:888/, http://123.157.149.17:888) from the date of announcement to June 10, 2013, register their true personal information, and then select the corresponding position to register. Each person is limited to applying for one position, otherwise the registration qualification will be cancelled.
2. Preliminary review of qualifications. The registration period is conducted simultaneously online and must be completed before June 12, 2013. Applicants can check the results and reasons for failure in the preliminary review online.
The number of applicants who pass the preliminary qualification review for each position shall not be less than three times the number of recruitment positions; if the number is less than the specified ratio, the number of recruitments will be reduced until the position recruitment plan is cancelled.
3. Obtaining application qualifications. For positions that meet the requirements for organizing examinations, the recruiting unit will determine the relevant arrangements for the examination. Those who pass the preliminary qualification review can obtain the qualification by presenting their ID card and admission ticket when taking the written test.
(2) Examination
The examination is a combination of written examination and interview. The full marks for both the written test and the interview are 100 points, and 40% of the written test score and 60% of the interview score will be included in the total score.
1. Written test.
The written test is initially scheduled to be held at our school on June 22. The specific time and location will be announced on our school website.
Written test content: "Comprehensive Basic Knowledge and Comprehensive Application Ability" (a combination of comprehensive basic knowledge and application theory).
After the written test, a list of shortlisted interviewees for each position will be determined in a ratio of 1:5 based on scores from high to low. Among them, political counselor ① and political counselor ② will be shortlisted for interviews in a ratio of 1:3.
2. Interview.
The relevant arrangements for qualification review and interview will be notified separately on our school website.
Applicants should bring the original and copy of the application form (with photo attached, attachment 2), ID card, academic qualifications and degree certificates (or employment recommendation form or "Certificate of Returned Overseas Students") and other materials to participate in the qualification review at the designated time and place.
Interview method: A combination of oral defense and leaderless group discussion. Assessment elements include appearance, expression ability, communication and coordination ability, analysis and problem-solving ability, etc.
The qualifying score for the interview is 60 points, and those with a score lower than this cannot advance to the next stage.
(3) Physical examination and assessment
After the examination, the total score will be calculated according to the determined method, and the physical examination and assessment objects for each position will be determined in a 1:1 ratio according to the number of recruits from high scores to low scores.
The physical examination shall refer to the "Physical Examination Standards and Operating Procedures for Teacher Qualification Certification in Zhejiang Province" and shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant operating procedures.
The assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the "Zhejiang Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment and Inspection Work Rules (Trial)".
(4) Public announcement and employment
Those who pass the physical examination and assessment will be identified as candidates for employment by our school and will be posted online for 7 working days. After the publicity period expires, if there is no objection to the proposed personnel or if there are problems reported that will not affect the employment after verification, our school will handle the admission and employment procedures in accordance with regulations.
Recruited personnel are included in the establishment management of the institution, and an employment contract with the institution is signed with our school, and a probation period is agreed upon in accordance with regulations. After the probation period expires, those who pass the assessment will be formally employed; those who fail will be cancelled.
(5) Others
If an applicant gives up or is disqualified from being shortlisted or hired, or fails the physical examination or assessment, our school will decide whether to arrange for replacement.
