2019 Guangzhou Liwan District Social Security Fund Management Center Recruitment Announcement For 1 Contract Personnel

In order to further strengthen social security service management, the Liwan District Social Security Fund Management Center plans to recruit contract staff from the public. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. Recruitment positions and quantity:

1 front desk staff member for social insurance business.

2. Recruitment qualifications:

(1) Basic conditions

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, and have good conduct and professional ethics;

2. Be in good health and able to handle the normal work of the employment position and the high-intensity workload of the external business window;

3. Have permanent residence in Guangzhou City.

(2) Job conditions

Job requirements: College degree or above, no limit to male or female, no limit to major, familiar with computer office software operation.

3. Treatment

Salary: About 3,000 yuan (3,100 yuan for those with a bachelor's degree or above), including a basic salary of 900 yuan (1,000 yuan for those with a bachelor's degree or above), basic performance salary of 1,500 yuan, incentive performance salary of 600 yuan, and seniority salary (paid after one year of service).

Social security, housing provident fund and vacation for the above positions shall be implemented in accordance with national regulations. No incentive performance salary will be paid during the two-month probationary period. After the probation period, incentive performance wages will be paid based on the completion of work, and an incentive performance salary of 600 yuan will be issued based on the required workload.

5. Others: The recruited contract employees will sign a labor contract with Guangzhou Litu Human Resources Co., Ltd., and the company will be assigned to work at the Liwan District Social Security Fund Management Center.

6. Recruitment procedures

(1) Registration

1. Registration period: November 19, 2019 to November 22, 2019.

3. Required materials: 1 original and photocopy each of ID card, household registration booklet, graduation certificate (or academic certificate), professional qualification certificate, vocational qualification certificate, work experience certificate and other relevant information, as well as 1 recent, full-face, small-inch, red-background color photo without a hat.

4. Fill out the "Liwan District Social Security Fund Management Center Recruitment Staff Registration Form" (see attachment) and indicate the position you are applying for.

5. The information provided by the applicant should be true and accurate. Anyone who commits fraud will be disqualified once verified.

6. Those who have the following circumstances are not allowed to register:

Those who have been subject to party and government disciplinary sanctions that have not expired or are undergoing disciplinary review, those who are under criminal punishment or are undergoing judicial investigations that have not reached a conclusion.

(2) Interview

After reviewing the qualifications of the candidates, if they meet the requirements, they will be notified by phone of the specific interview time.

(3) Physical examination

The candidates for physical examination will be determined based on the interview results. Applicants will go to the designated hospital for physical examination as required and bear their own expenses. Those who fail the physical examination will not be hired. For those who fail the physical examination or are unable to apply or be hired due to reasons such as cancellation or abandonment, candidates will be replaced in order of their interview scores.

(4) Employment

A probation period system is implemented for contract staff. The probation period is two months. During the probation period, staff will enjoy relevant benefits as stipulated in the labor contract. After the probationary period expires, those who pass the assessment will be formally hired; those who are proven unqualified after the assessment will not be hired.
