Recruiting companies received more than 2,200 student resumes and intended to recruit more than 800 people. 143 companies participated in the job fair employer satisfaction survey, which showed that participating companies were 100% satisfied with the job fair.

This job fair not only showcases the results of the president's secretary's visits to companies for job openings, but also provides students with recruitment positions in high-quality companies. The International Exchange Office at the event also set up a booth for policy consultation on international associate's degree to bachelor's degree and bachelor's degree to master's degree, to broaden the channels for students' graduation destinations and enhance the international perspective of prospective graduates. Each college set up school-enterprise exchange and cooperation booths to actively communicate with participating companies to carry out in-depth cooperation. The graduates were very enthusiastic about job hunting. They submitted their resumes to their favorite companies in an orderly manner, introduced themselves proactively, and asked the participating companies in detail about salary, benefits, development prospects and other aspects. They demonstrated excellent professionalism and solid skills, and were positively recognized by representatives of the participating companies. Teachers from the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions, Jinshan District Employment Promotion Center, and the New Shanghai Merchants Federation attended the job fair in person, and Guan Yanyan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice president, accompanied him to inspect the venue.
