4. Relevant requirements

In the process of promoting energy transformation, developing countries generally face challenges in technology, talent, standards and other aspects. Cooperating organizations will continue to strengthen technology exchanges and sharing, professional talent training and international standard innovation to help empower developing countries in their energy transformation.
As the first international organization in the energy field initiated and founded by China, the cooperative organization has 1,450 members around the world, covering 145 countries. In recent years, cooperative organizations have carried out in-depth capacity building for developing countries and have provided professional training to more than 100 countries and tens of thousands of people. At the same time, in cooperation with the Secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the first working mechanism for capacity building in the energy field under the global climate action framework was established.
