Nanchuan Real Estate Promotion Conference Attracted Many Brand Developers, And More Than 50 Companies Participated In The Conference To Sign 15.8 Billion Agreements

Among them, 11 companies including Xiexin, Hong Kong Hang Seng, and Chongqing Jinyi Real Estate signed investment intention agreements with Nanchuan on-site, with a total planned investment of 15.8 billion yuan.

More than 50 development companies participated

Yesterday, the 2012 Nanchuan District real estate development project promotion meeting was held in Nanchuan. Almost all powerful brand developers such as Longfor, Jinke, Xiexin, Country Garden, Huayu, Caixin, and Zhujiang Industrial were not absent. There were more than 50 development companies participating in the meeting.

At this promotion meeting, Nanchuan launched 30 real estate projects, including 6 old city reconstruction projects, 7 new city development projects, 8 industrial park real estate projects, 5 ecological agricultural park real estate projects and 4 township real estate projects.

Talking about various advantages of Nanchuan, Nanchuan District Party Committee Secretary Tan Jialing said that Nanchuan has an average annual temperature of more than 16 degrees Celsius and a forest coverage rate of 47.2%. It has the highest altitude, the best ecology and the best environment in Chongqing's "One-Hour Economic Circle" , the most livable districts and counties, when Chongqing has a temperature of 40℃, Nanchuan is around 35℃, and Jinfo Mountain is only a dozen degrees Celsius, and Nanchuan is only 58 kilometers away from Chongqing. Tan Jialing said that before yesterday's promotion meeting, more than 10 development companies had inspected Nanchuan, including Xiexin, Shanghai Tianshengfu Investment Co., Ltd., Jinke, etc., and had a preliminary understanding of Nanchuan's geographical transportation, industrial planning, tourism mineral resources, economic development and other conditions. Brand developers look separately

If you come to Nanchuan to invest, where should you choose the project? Tan Jialing also gave advice to a number of development companies: Nanchuan’s current urban structure is mainly “one city and three districts”.

One city is now the old city. Due to urban and tourism development needs, urban areas are in great need of upgrading and rebuilding some large urban commercial buildings. Among the plots launched this time, 6 plots were renovated from old cities, and the project locations are all located in the core area of ​​Nanchuan City. The third area is the industrial park, the ecological Grand View Park New Area and the Jinfo Mountain Tourist Resort. Tan Jialing said that the demolition work of the industrial park has been completed, and infrastructure such as roads has also been improved. The Daguanyuan New District is only about 15 minutes' drive from Banan District. Blueberries, strawberries, etc. are thousands of acres of industries and are rural tourist attractions. According to the plan, Nanchuan will also focus on developing five major parks and five major industries to support the development of tourism real estate, commercial real estate, senior care real estate, and industrial real estate.

The land parcels in this new urban area will be the core area of ​​the area in the future. After inspecting the land, Zhejiang Tianxiang Group President Chen Zhaoxian and Vice President Chen Dongqiao also inspected the logistics park. Chen Dongqiao said that due to the rush of time, the company will continue to pay attention to the logistics and business fields.

Commercial real estate has become a hot commodity

Xiexin Real Estate, which has signed an intention investment agreement, has shown a strong interest in Nanchuan and has ideas for old city reconstruction, new city development projects, tourism real estate, etc. Relevant people from the Nanchuan Construction Committee said that Xiexin mainly wants to build urban complexes and residential buildings, and prefers larger-scale projects. Xie Xin also went to Jinfo Mountain for on-site inspection yesterday.

Shanghai Tianshengfu Investment Co., Ltd. has also set its sights on the 12,700-square-meter old city reconstruction project – Hebin Garden (Grain Bureau area) and signed an agreement of intent for this land. According to relevant sources, Shanghai Tianshengfu plans to invest 336 million yuan.

Liang Renjian, general manager of Tianshengfu Investment Co., Ltd., said that he had visited Nanchuan before and found that Nanchuan lacked high-end commercial projects and well-known brands. Building high-end commercial real estate projects in Nanchuan was the driving force for Tianshengfu to enter the Nanchuan market. Riverside Garden will be mainly used for commercial real estate development. At present, it has reached an agreement with Carrefour, and Chongbai is also in negotiation. The senior management of the project will develop hotels, high-end residences and other projects.

Jinke Real Estate, which is following the district and county expansion route, hopes to enter 30 district and county markets, including the main urban area, within ten years. Wang Mingfang, development manager of Jinke Chongqing Company, said that Jinke has currently entered 7 district and county markets, including Wanzhou, Jiangjin, Hechuan, Changshou, Fuling, Yongchuan, and Bishan.

Is Nanchuan the next target? Wang Mingfang said bluntly: "We are still in the information collection stage." Nanchuan's tourism resources still have a lot of room for growth. Jinfo Mountain and other tourism resources in Nanchuan need to be further developed. "There will definitely be more and more people coming to Nanchuan."
