(1) Group competition and rules
1. Two-person three-legged race (4 men and 4 women)
Equipment: Leggings provided by the school
Measures: Competitors race in groups of two, with two adjacent legs tied up with strips of cloth. After the first group reaches the finish line, the second group starts running. The distance is 50 meters. The first among the four groups to finish the race wins.
Rules: If the rope breaks during the course, it must be retied and the competition continues; if a student falls, he or she only needs to adjust on the spot without returning to the starting point. One winner will be awarded to each group.
2. Long rope jumping competition
Rules: (1) Classes participate in the competition. Each team has 10 people, 2 of whom will rock the rope and the other 8 will skip. There is no limit to the ratio of men to women.
(2) Two students shake the rope, and the other students line up and need to jump from one side of the rope to the other. The students who skipped go around the long rope and return to the end of the team to line up, and take over in a loop. If someone makes a mistake during the jump and the rope swing is interrupted, it will not be recorded as passing. The student who made the mistake will be placed at the bottom of the team and the competition will continue.
(3) There is no limit to the number of people jumping in each jump (that is, two or more students can jump simultaneously), but if any one of the students jumping simultaneously makes a mistake, everyone in the jump will not be counted as having passed, and will be placed at the bottom of the team simultaneously, and the competition will continue.
(4) The stipulated period of the long rope jumping competition is 5 minutes, and the victory or defeat will be judged based on the number of people who successfully jump (for example, if one person jumps, it will count as one time, if two people jump simultaneously, it will count as two times, and so on).
(5) There are no restrictions on the running trajectory and jumping method of the participating team members when they jump over the long rope in formation. One winner for each group
3. Tug-of-war competition (grades 3 to 6)
Rules: (1) On the basis of no foul, whoever pulls the other side over first will win.
(2) Participate in the competition in class units, with 10 people in each team, including 5 men and 5 men.
(3) Each group will play three games. After the first game, the venue will be changed. The winner will be determined in three games.
(4) When the third grade competes with the fourth grade, one more girl will be added to the third grade; when the fifth grade competes with the sixth grade, one more girl will be added to the fifth grade. (One winner will be awarded to each group)
4. Crab carrying watermelon
Equipment: 1 basketball
Measures: 4 people stand behind the starting line simultaneously, holding the ball hand in hand back to back, reaching the end point and then returning to the starting point, handing the ball to the next group in sequence.
Rules: During the game, 4 people must hold the ball with their backs and move forward. They are not allowed to touch the ball with their hands during the game. If the ball drops, they must stop at the place where the ball dropped and cannot continue the game until readjusted. The winner is the first three teams to finish the game and return to the starting point. One winner for each group
5. Back and forth relay race in paper clothes (a group of 4 people per class)
Equipment: One piece of A4 paper
Measures: Stick a piece of 4 paper on your chest and keep it in place. Run quickly and hand it over to another partner after finishing the race. The distance is 50 meters. There are 4 people in each group. The team that finishes the fastest is the winning team.
Rules: You are not allowed to use your hands to assist during running. If it falls, you must pick it up again and stick it to your chest to continue running. Note: If the wind is strong, change to running against the wind with stickers. When turning back, hold it with your hands and hand it to the next teammate. One winner for each group
6. Relay race competition rules and awards: Competition rules: Each class has a group of 4 people, and the length is 50 meters. The first person starts from the starting point and passes the baton to the second person at the end. 2. Shuttlecock kicking (bring your own shuttlecock): Within 2 minutes, count the total number of shuttlecocks kicked.
