Graduation certificates for self-study examinations are produced uniformly by the National Examination Committee and are electronically registered on the Ministry of Education Examination Center network. 5. Anyone who applies for exemption from the exam in accordance with the relevant exemption regulations must provide the original diploma, a copy of the school transcript and affix the special seal of the grade management department of the graduating school. The transcript of the self-study graduates shall be stamped by the unit’s personnel department.
6. Those applying for an undergraduate diploma must submit the original of a junior college diploma.
