According to statistics, the number of tourists from Taiwan received by Ningxia in 2025 will increase by 40.68% year-on-year, and Taiwan has become an important overseas tourist source market for Ningxia. "Two years ago, I came to Ningxia for the Cross-Strait (Ningxia) Youth Slow Pitch Softball Invitational Tournament, and I felt the beauty of the desert and the delicious food of Tan Yang." Cai Zhaoyang, vice chairman of the Taiwan Kaohsiung Tourism Association, said that he hopes to use this trip to discover investment opportunities in Ningxia and let more Taiwanese compatriots visit Ningxia.
