•Six departments including the Ministry of Commerce recently issued the "Guiding Opinions on Better Serving the Real Economy and Promoting High-Quality Development of E-Commerce", which aims to continue to promote high-quality development of e-commerce, high-level openness, and high-efficiency governance, and better serve the consolidation and growth of the real economy. The opinions coordinate promotion and regulation, efficiency and fairness, vitality and order, and propose 16 measures in 5 aspects to build a high-quality e-commerce development framework system. In terms of focusing on empowerment and efficiency improvement, the opinions propose three measures to help small and medium-sized enterprises transform, deepen rural e-commerce, and cultivate industrial e-commerce, so as to give full play to the advantages of e-commerce to help consolidate and strengthen the foundation of the real economy. In terms of strengthening innovation leadership, the opinions propose three measures: accelerating the application of technological innovation, vigorously developing quality consumption, and actively creating integrated carriers to deepen online and offline integration and help achieve a higher level of dynamic balance between supply and demand. In terms of promoting high-level opening up, the opinions propose four measures: promoting cross-border e-commerce, expanding "Silk Road e-commerce", accelerating institutional opening, and promoting the convergence of rules to jointly build and share China's e-commerce market.
•According to the Ministry of Transport, during this year’s Tomb Sweeping Day holiday (April 4 to 6), the number of cross-regional personnel movements in society is expected to be 845.378 million, with an average daily average of 281.79 million people, an increase of 6% compared to the same period last year during the Tomb Sweeping Day holiday in 2025.
