13. Handling violations
(1) Candidates who violate regulations or cheat in the doctoral admissions examination will be severely dealt with in accordance with the "Education Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations". If the circumstances are particularly serious, they may be suspended from participating in various national education examinations for 1 to 3 years.
