catering services
There are three canteens in the east and west campuses. The East Campus canteens are Beiyuan and Nanyuan. The Beiyuan Canteen is located in the north of the East Campus. There are four restaurants in total, the Chinese Restaurant and Yuxiu Restaurant on the first floor of Beiyuan, the Plum Blossom Restaurant on the second floor of Beiyuan, and the Chinese Restaurant on the third floor of Beiyuan. The Nanyuan Canteen is located in the south of the East Campus and has three floors. The Huixiangyun Restaurant on the first floor of Nanyuan, and the Zhengzhou Veterans Restaurant on the second and third floors of Nanyuan. The second student cafeteria of the West Campus is located southeast of the academic lecture hall. Cash is not accepted in each canteen. Students can use the campus card to dine. Students who have not activated and recharged the campus card in time during the orientation period can purchase temporary meal coupons.

Bathroom service
There are two public bathrooms in the East Campus (Beiyuan and Nanyuan). The Beiyuan Public Bath is located on the east side of the Beiyuan Canteen, and the Nanyuan Public Bath is located at the south gate of the Nanyuan Canteen. The West Campus has one public bathroom, located on the south side of the Second Student Canteen.
Beiyuan Bathroom business hours: 13:00-23:00, no entry after 22:30.
Nanyuan Bathroom business hours: 14:30-22:30, no entry after 22:10.
West School bathroom business hours: 13:00-23:00, no entry after 22:30.

Apartment services
Apartment door opening and closing time: The student apartment is under closed management at night. It opens at 06:00 and closes at 23:00 every day. Students in this building need to swipe in and out with their campus card during the opening period.
Cabinets and beds: Upper bed and lower table. The size of the bed is about 1.9m*0.9m. Each person is equipped with two large cabinets, which can store bedding and other large items.
Hot water and drinking water: Each floor of the student apartment is equipped with a hot water machine. Scan the QR code to pay for use. Water dispensers can be used in the dormitories.
Washing machine: Each student apartment is equipped with a self-service laundry room on the first floor. Public washing machines are provided and can be used by scanning the QR code to pay.
Study Room: The study room in the student apartment is open 24 hours a day. It is recommended to arrange your study time reasonably.
Comprehensive service room: A comprehensive service room is set up in the lobby of the student apartment, providing microwaves, refrigerated refrigerators, hair dryers, medicine cans, inflatable cylinders, sewing kits, hardware tools, etc.
Electricity service: The electricity consumption in student apartments is managed based on dormitory-based quotas, and the excess portion is subject to electricity bills in accordance with relevant regulations. The electricity consumption quota for student dormitories is: 5 kWh/person for undergraduate students and 10 kWh/person for graduate students.
Others: Student apartments are equipped with dustpans, brooms, mops, trash cans and other cleaning supplies.

The boys of the School of Accountancy live in Building 4, Nanyuan, and the girls live in Building 3, Nanyuan.

The boys of Statistics College live in Building 3, Jingyuan, and the girls of Statistics College live in Building 2, Jingyuan.
New graduate students at East Campus:
Postgraduate male students live in Building 11, Beiyuan, and female students live in Buildings 9 and 10, Beiyuan.
New graduate students at West Campus:
Postgraduate male students live in Building 7 of Jingyuan, while female students live in Buildings 1 and 6 of Jingyuan.

Maintenance services
Before the students moved in, the maintenance master had carried out an overall inspection and repair of the dormitory. After moving in, if the facilities in the dormitory need maintenance, you can make an independent repair report through the official account of the Logistics Management Service Center of Anhui University of Finance and Economics. Please fill in the details completely when reporting for repair. After receiving the repair report, the backend dispatcher will send a maintenance technician to your home for repair as soon as possible.

Comprehensive service hall
The Logistics Comprehensive Service Hall is an offline service hall that integrates all-in-one card services, classroom services, apartment services, complaints and suggestions, lost and found items and other functions. It is located on the north side of the Beiyuan Canteen on Longhu East Campus, opposite the Agricultural Bank of China. You can also call 4001149669 or leave a message on the logistics official account. We will provide the services you need within the scope of logistics support and help you solve the problems you encounter within the scope of logistics support.
All-in-one card service: The campus all-in-one card can be used for dining in restaurants, apartment access control card swiping, dormitory door lock swiping, bathing in bathtubs, boiling water swiping, and supermarket shopping. There are service points on both the east and west campuses, which can provide services such as account opening, card replacement, loss reporting, card cancellation, and consultation.
The East Campus Card Service is located in the Beiyuan Logistics Service Hall, working hours are 9:00-17:00 every Monday to Saturday; the West Campus Card Service is located on the second floor of the Second Student Canteen, the working hours are 8:00-12:00, 16:00-18:20, Monday to Friday, and 9:00-11:00 Saturday to Sunday.

Medical office services
Location of the infirmary: East Campus: First and second floors on the east side of the No. 2 Administration Building; West Campus: South side of the North Volleyball Court (north of the Faculty Activity Center).
Medical treatment process: Please bring your campus card with you when you seek medical treatment. General medical treatment process: see a doctor in the outpatient room on the second floor – pick up medicine in the pharmacy – receive treatment in the nurse's office on the first floor (you can leave directly if no treatment is needed).
Working hours: General outpatient clinic: 8:00-11:40 in the morning, 14:30-17:40 in the afternoon. Emergency at other times: East Campus: Male (female) duty room on the first floor; West Campus: Duty Room on the second floor (emergency time only accepts fever, trauma, severe pain in certain parts of the body, etc. due to restrictions on medicine preparation)
Student Medical Insurance: West Campus Medical Office on the third floor: Monday to Friday 8:00-11:00; East Campus Medical Office on the first floor opposite the elevator: Monday to Friday 14:30-17:00.
