3. Competition time and place
Time: Super League, March 20-April 20, 2024 (tentatively determined)

4. Eligibility and Registration Methods
(1) Qualifications
1. Students must be registered female college students in the school.
2. The student must be in good health and have accident insurance (with a guaranteed value of at least 50,000 yuan). Once an athlete registers, he or she is deemed to have committed that he or she will be solely responsible for any physical injury or property damage caused by participating in the competition (taking risks at one's own risk).
3. In the first semester of the 2023-2024 school year, the number of failed exams for the final compulsory courses, the college inspection and the final exam for elective courses must not exceed two subjects (excluding two subjects). After all, football is to promote students’ better extracurricular life, but it cannot go beyond academic scope, culture Classes are the first priority in the university, and football should urge students to focus more on their studies. The transcripts will be handed over to Dong Junxi before March 15th. A spot check will be conducted at that time. It is found that the players on the field do not match the spot check results. The team's full-year competition will be cancelled, and the super group will be directly judged to be relegated.
(2) Registration method
1. Each college is limited to one female team. Each team is limited to one team leader (leader of each college), one coach, and no more than 12 athletes. Once each team's registration is confirmed, no substitutions or supplementary entries are allowed during the competition. If the total number of players on the field is less than 3, the team's game will be judged as 0:3;
2. Each team shall send the game roster (number), photos, and location to Dong Junxi before March 10;
3. The registration must be signed and stamped by the leaders of the college and the secretary of the Youth League branch;
4. This season’s Women’s Super League adopts a single round-robin combined with cross-knockout system. The quota for promotion and relegation is 1.5. At the end of the round-robin, the first and second-ranked teams directly advance to the finals. The finals adopt a two-round total score showdown system (no home and away games). The sixth place will be directly relegated to the 2025 Second Division. The fifth place will have a single match with the second place of the Second Division. The winner will enter the 2024 Women’s Football League Super Group. The second division league adopts a double round-robin points system;
5. The Finance University Super Cup will be held one week before the league, with the 2023 Super League Champion School of Business Administration facing off against the winner of the 2023 Champions Cup Champion School of Environmental Sciences and the Second Division Champion College of Criminal Justice.
5. Competition and ranking method
1. Each team gets 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss, and 2 points for a forfeit.
2. If two or more teams have equal points, the ranking will be determined in the following order:
(1) The winner between teams with equal points shall be ranked higher;
(2) The team with the higher goal difference between teams with equal points will be ranked higher;
(3) The team members with more than 370 points in the postgraduate entrance examination and 222 points in the professional master's degree will be ranked first;
(4) The team with the highest total number of goals scored among teams with equal points will be ranked higher;
(5) The one with the greater goal difference among all groups will be ranked first;
(6) The player with the most goals in total in all groups will be ranked first;
(7) If both teams are tied, the playoffs will be played to determine the ranking.
6. Competition rules and special provisions
(1) Implement the latest "Futsal Competition Rules" approved by FIFA.
1. There is no offside in the game;
2. Kick-off (kick-off from the center point) can directly score a goal;
3. Goal kicks can be scored directly;
4. Regardless of the nature of the ball served by the offensive team, the defensive team members should withdraw from the service point 5 meters away;
5. Players are not allowed to use tackle techniques during the game;
6. When each team commits 6 fouls, the opponent will take a penalty kick from the designated penalty spot outside the penalty area. After the penalty kick is completed, the fouls will be reset and counted again. If there is a foul in the penalty area, a penalty kick will be awarded directly from the penalty area line;
7. A penalty kick can be used as a run-up, and the penalty time is not allowed to exceed 4 seconds, otherwise the penalty will be exchanged for free throw rights. If the throw-in does not touch any player and goes into the goal, it is invalid; if it hits the goal frame and bounces into the goal, it is invalid;
8. Penalty kicks can be run-up before contacting the ball, and free kicks on the field can be run-up.
(2) Game time: 44 minutes in total (the first and second halves are 22 minutes each, no stoppage time) with a 5-minute intermission and a timeout opportunity 2 minutes before the end of each half.
(3) Students must bring their student ID card or student card (other IDs are invalid) during the competition, and submit it to the on-site referee team for verification before each game. Those who do not have a ID card or whose ID card does not match will not be allowed to participate in the competition. Once an impostor is found, all competition results and participation qualifications of the team will be cancelled.
(4) In each game, each team can make unlimited substitutions; 5 minutes before the start of the game, each team must submit the list of 12 players to the referee. During the game, substitute players must stand in the substitution area, and the players change their substitute shirts when they get off the field. Players must wear plastic-soled football boots during matches and must not wear any accessories that may injure the opponent or themselves.
(5) A graduate is allowed to participate in the women's football team, but it must be signed up by a college, otherwise it is not allowed to participate; if students without a college team want to participate, they need to conduct a transfer lottery. After the receiving college and the student recognize each other, they can participate in the second-tier competition. Free agents who have been in the college before can continue to compete with the team. If they give up cooperating with the team, they must declare in advance.
(6) Red and yellow cards and suspension
1. A player who receives a red card or a total of three yellow cards will be suspended for one game (note: additional penalties imposed by the disciplinary committee are excluded).
2. During the competition, if the team leaders, coaches and athletes are ordered off the field by the referee, the competition will be suspended for one period (unless there are additional penalties imposed by the organizing committee). Furthermore, players are not allowed to move on the bench or on the field during the suspended games.
(7) Players or team leaders who get into fights or intimidate or insult referees or opposing players during the game will be punished according to the seriousness of the case. In serious cases, they will be disqualified from the competition. Players fight individually and are immediately shown a red card. Players from both sides got into a group fight, and the game ended immediately. There was no result in this game, and each player scored zero points. And report it to the school to punish players who violate disciplines.
(8) For a team that goes on strike, all results and qualifications of the team will be cancelled. The entire school will be notified of criticism and any players from the school will not be allowed to compete or transfer within 2 years.
(9) If the game is interrupted due to interference due to special circumstances, and the game cannot be resumed despite the efforts of the conference organizing committee, the game results at that time are valid, and the conference must make up the game time (including penalty kicks) as soon as possible (within 24 hours).
(10) If a game needs to be postponed due to special reasons, a team is only allowed to apply for the game once. If it is still unable to continue at the scheduled time, the non-participating team will lose 0:3;
(11) Competition clothing
1. Each team must wear uniform uniforms for the game. The color of the clothing must be carefully filled out in the registration form. The clothing must be uniform. It does not need to be according to the registration number, but the player must be on the registration list, otherwise he will not be allowed to play. The goalkeeper's game clothing must be obviously different from the color of the clothing of other players on both sides. The captain on the field must bring his own armband that is obviously different from the color of his shirt.
2. The on-site referee team will convene the coaches before the game to discuss the color of the team uniforms.
3. Team members must wear canvas and rubber-soled sneakers (spiked shoes are not allowed) and shin guards.
4. The socks of each team must be the same. Casual socks are not allowed, and jeans are not allowed to be worn on the field. Sports pants must have socks covering the calves, and the colors of the team's socks must be the same. If you continue to wear them without permission after being reminded by the referee, the referee has the right to show a red card!
(12) Others: If there are force majeure reasons, the competition date must be changed, and the decision will be made by the organizing committee of the conference (Sports College).
(13) For a team that has not been approved by the college leadership to participate (subject to the Sports Department receiving information from the college), players from the college are not allowed to transfer as free agents.
(14) If there is a dispute during the game, the decision will be made by the referee on duty!
7. Award setting
(1) Trophies will be awarded to the champions and runners-up of the Super League, and medals and certificates will be awarded to the champions, runners-up and third-place finishers of the Super League;
(2) The top scorer in the super group will be awarded a trophy and the best lineup award will be awarded a certificate;
(3) The super group will conduct extra points for the school-wide sunshine sports event based on rankings 1-6 (9-6-5-4-3-2) x5 as the final score.
