7. Instructions for attending the conference

1. Henan Provincial Talent Exchange Center and Henan University of Finance and Law will jointly organize enterprises to register for the conference.

2. After the registration deadline, booth numbers will be uniformly assigned. Employers who have successfully registered and passed the review can check the booth number of the double selection conference through the Henan University of Finance and Economics and Law Employment Information Network, Zhongyuan Talent Network and the "Henan Talent Market" WeChat official account the day before the conference.

3. Participating units must sign in before 8:50 on the day with a "work contact letter" (see Attachment 1, indicating the number of participants, contact information, and stamped with the company's official seal). Employers who have not signed in by 9:30 will not reserve their booths. Please do not be late or leave early.

4. Personnel from participating units must present their work contact letters (see Attachment 1) to enter and exit from the south gate of Zhengdong Campus of Henan University of Finance and Economics (No. 180 Jinshui East Road). See Attachment 2 for the route.

5. The employer must provide for its own food and accommodation.

6. To protect the operational order of the double selection meeting and the legitimate rights and interests of graduates, double selection activities reject pyramid schemes, false recruitment, and entrusted recruitment.
