On March 27, at the opening ceremony of the 2026 Global Developers Pioneer Conference, Shanghai State-owned Assets Investment Corporation, a Shanghai state-owned capital investment operation platform that undertakes the core functions of "fund management + innovation incubation", launched a special fund for scientific intelligence and set up an exclusive exhibition area to focus on the scientific and technological achievements of invested companies and ecological partners, presenting a full-chain innovation ecology of scientific intelligence from basic research to industrial implementation.
A reporter from the Securities Times learned that the fund was led by Shanghai State Investment Corporation and anchored the strategic layout of the entire AI4S industry chain, comprehensively covering key areas such as computing power support, data elements, scientific instruments, large scientific models, and agents. It uses an end-to-end closed-loop investment model to fill the early investment gaps in the field of disruptive innovation, activate the AI4S ecological resources within the Shanghai State Investment System, and fully promote Shanghai to build a global AI4S innovation source highland.
