The 2023 Postgraduate Examination Online Registration Announcement. For candidates who apply for the Guangxi University of Finance and Economics and choose the school’s registration site, the relevant matters are also announced as follows:

Guangxi University of Finance and Economics Online Registration Announcement for 2023 Master’s Program

In accordance with the work requirements of the Ministry of Education on the issuance of the "2023 National Master's Admissions Management Regulations" (Teaching [2022] No. 3) and the Guangxi Admissions and Examination Institute's "Notice on Doing a Good Job in Registration for the 2023 National Master's Admissions Examination in our District" (Guikao Yuan [2022] No. 142), the relevant matters regarding our school's registration site (Application Site Code: 4515) are now announced as follows:

1. Scope of candidates accepted

(1) Fresh candidates: Only fresh undergraduate graduates from Guangxi University of Finance and Economics are accepted to apply.

(2) Non-fresh candidates: Undergraduate graduates who graduated in 2022 from ordinary colleges and universities in our district and non-fresh candidates who work or have residence in our district are accepted, but non-fresh candidates whose examination subjects are all nationally unified subjects are not accepted.

(3) Candidates who apply for majors that include 5XX subjects (test subjects that take more than 3 hours or have special requirements such as using a drawing board) can only choose to apply at the Guangxi University registration center, Guilin University of Technology registration center, Guangxi University of Science and Technology registration center or Guangxi Art Institute registration center.

Candidates please note that our school can only accommodate a limited number of candidates. Once the upper limit of the number of applicants is reached, candidates will no longer be accepted. Candidates are asked to complete the online registration and payment procedures in advance as much as possible. Do not concentrate on the last one or two days, so as not to be unable to choose the nearest registration point due to the limited remaining test seats.

2. Candidate registration process

(1) Preparation before registration. Log in to the China Postgraduate Admissions Information Network, check the catalog of postgraduate admissions majors, understand relevant admissions policies and regulations, make preparations for online registration, and fill in candidate information in advance.

(2) Online registration. The registration and payment time is from October 5 to 25, 2022 (9:00-22:00). No additional registration will be made after the deadline, and the registration information will not be modified. Fresh undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in our district can pre-register and pay online from September 24 to 27, 2022 (9:00-22:00). Candidates other than fresh undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in our district are not allowed to pre-register. Candidates who pre-register and complete payment will not modify their information during the formal registration stage, the registration center will use the pre-registration information for verification and confirmation. Candidates must log in to the registration website (public website address: https://yz.chsi.com.cn; education website address: https://yz.chsi.cn), truthfully fill in their personal information and pay fees according to prompts and requirements.

Things to note:

1. During the online registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or re-fill the registration information. However, in order to avoid occupying more examination seats and affecting the application of other candidates, each candidate can only retain one valid registration information. Candidates are requested to make sure that the registration information they filled in is accurate before completing the online payment, especially important information such as the enrollment unit, registration location, and examination method. After the registration center is closed, non-fresh candidates who have successfully registered and paid cannot modify their registration information, otherwise they will be prompted that they do not meet the registration conditions of the registration center. Once candidates (including fresh graduates) refill their registration information, all original registration information will be invalid. Candidates please note that online registration will be considered successful only if the online payment is completed. If the online payment is not completed within the specified time (October 5th to 25th, 9:00-22:00 every day), you will not be able to make up the payment after the deadline, and you will not be able to participate in the online confirmation. Fee standards: According to the "Reply on the Fee Standards for Registration and Examination Fees for General College Entrance Examinations and Other Areas in Our Region" (Gui Price Fee [2009] No. 212) of the Autonomous Region Price Bureau and the Department of Finance, candidates must pay a registration fee of 40 yuan per person and an examination fee of 40 yuan per person per subject.

2. During the registration period, the candidate’s academic qualifications (student status) information will be verified online, and candidates can check the academic qualifications (student status) verification results online. Candidates can also log in to the "China Higher Education Student Information Network" (website: https://www.chsi.com.cn) to check their academic qualifications (student status) information before or during registration. Candidates who fail to pass the academic qualification (student status) verification should complete the academic qualification (student status) verification within the time specified by the admissions unit.

(3) Online confirmation.

Time for candidates to upload materials: 08:00 on October 29 to 17:00 on November 3;

Deadline for candidates to upload supplementary materials: 16:00 on November 4;

The review time of the application materials is: 9:00 on October 31st to 17:00 on November 4th.

Please pay attention to the follow-up notice on the website of our school’s Graduate School for the login method and specific material requirements for our school’s online confirmation work.

Candidates must log in to the China Graduate Admissions Information Network for online confirmation. Late applications will not be accepted. Candidates who have not completed the online confirmation of registration information will not be able to take the exam. After candidates log in to the system and submit various materials as required, they should also keep the phone call function normal and pay attention to the text messages on the mobile phone (it should be noted that the text messages on the Yanzhao.com may be mistakenly intercepted as spam messages), log in to the Yanzhao.com regularly, and pay close attention to the feedback prompts on the material review results. If it prompts "Approved", it means that the materials submitted by the candidate have been reviewed and correct, and the online confirmation of registration information has been completed; if it prompts "Not approved", candidates are required to supplement relevant materials within the specified time according to the prompts.

Materials required for online confirmation:

(1) Fresh candidates: valid resident ID card, student ID card, and online registration number.

(2) Non-fresh candidates: valid resident ID card, household register, academic degree certificate, and online registration number. Candidates with household registration in other provinces (excluding recent graduates of our school and undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in our district who will graduate in 2022) must also provide one of the following materials: a valid residence permit for the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued by the public security agency (the slip or receipt is invalid); the candidate’s real estate ownership certificate or commercial housing registration certificate in Guangxi District.

(3) Candidates who apply for the "Special Master's Program for Retired College Soldiers" should also submit their "Approval for Enlistment" and "Certificate of Retirement from Active Service".

(4) Self-study students who have not obtained a diploma should also submit a score certificate or self-study admission ticket issued by the school.

(5) Candidates who fail to pass the academic qualification (student status) verification should submit the "Ministry of Education Academic Certificate Electronic Registration Form" or "Ministry of Education Student Status Online Verification Report" or "China Higher Education Qualification Certification Report".

3. Other matters

(1) Candidates are required to complete online registration and online confirmation within the time specified by the Ministry of Education. Overdue applications will not be processed.

(2) Candidates must fill in the relevant online registration information carefully and truthfully. The candidates themselves will be responsible for any consequences caused by not registering in accordance with the announcement requirements, filling in the registration information incorrectly, or filling in false information.

(3) For candidates who have completed online confirmation but did not take the exam, the application fee will not be refunded. If the same registration number is paid twice due to network technical reasons, the application fee for the repeated payment will be refunded. Candidates are advised not to cancel their bank cards immediately after paying the application fee, otherwise the registration fee will be refunded.

(4) Candidates from Guangxi who apply for the "High-level Key Talents for Ethnic Minorities" program need to log in to the Guangxi Digital Government Integration Platform (http://zwfw.gxzf.gov.cn/) to confirm their qualifications. For specific information, please log in to the "Postgraduate Enrollment Plan for High-level Key Talents for Ethnic Minorities" column of the Education Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

(5) When registering, candidates do not need to provide proof that their work or study units agree to apply. Any problems arising between candidates and their work or study units due to the application for master's degree students shall be resolved by the candidates themselves. If the admissions unit is unable to access the candidate's files due to the above problems, resulting in the candidate being unable to retake the exam or being admitted, the candidate shall be solely responsible.

(6) National defense students and active military personnel who apply to local and military admissions units must follow the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the Political Work Department of the Military Commission.

(7) This examination center is located at the Xiangsihu Campus of our school (Address: No. 189 University West Road, Nanning City). They are standardized examination rooms with full video surveillance. The examination centers are uniformly equipped with electronic clocks. Candidates are not allowed to bring items unrelated to the examination into the examination room for any reason (such as mobile phones or other communication tools, as well as watches or other timing tools, etc.). Violators will be dealt with as violations.
