According to recruitment requirements, fresh doctoral graduates should obtain corresponding academic degree certificates before August 30, 2026; staff applicants for senior positions are generally under 54 years old (born after January 1972), and staff applicants for deputy senior positions are generally under 54 years old. According to the relevant regulations on open recruitment in provincial institutions, recruitment for doctoral candidates will be organized through direct interviews with simplified procedures, and the interview results will be the total test scores.
Interviews are conducted in the form of trial lectures and defenses (or skills tests). The interviews mainly examine whether the candidates have the basic qualities and skills for the position they are applying for, as well as the professional foundation and theoretical literacy required for the position. The total interview score is 100 points, and the passing score is set at 80 points.
Those candidates who have passed the interview, inspection, and physical examination will be publicized in accordance with regulations, and the publicity period is 5 working days. If there is no objection to the announcement, it will be reported to the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for review and filing. If the employment conditions are met, a "Public Institution Recruitment Registration Notice" will be issued and relevant procedures will be completed.
