At present, some residents of five urban villages including Liulangfen, Lijiazhuang, and Caojiazhuang have moved back to the completed relocation buildings, which has also kicked off the construction of the new high-speed rail area. The construction of resettlement buildings in Xiaoyandi, Yandong, Yanxi and Shangwang villages will start this year, and the civil engineering work is scheduled to be completed in two years.

New house with beautiful environment
Residents are happy to see it
In the community that has been relocated, the reporter learned through visits that the candidate buildings and selected buildings for residential buildings were clearly divided. The last few households to choose a house, villager Li Xia, still picked a house that she was satisfied with. Li Xia told reporters that their family chose a high-rise apartment, which their children particularly liked, so that they could see the garden scenery outside. There is also a low-rise second-floor building where the elderly in the family can live.
For Wu Yong, a villager in Lijiazhuang Village, September this year will be different from previous years, because his family will move into a spacious and bright new house, and he is very happy.
Yesterday, Wu Yong came to Area C of the relocation building and moved the newly purchased furniture into his new home. He met again with the villagers whom he had not seen for a year. They greeted each other warmly and informed each other of their new room numbers. Wu Yong calculated an account for reporters. His old residence was replaced with a 200-square-meter residential building. There are two types of apartments, and there are two units in total. In addition to the one of more than 70 square meters that I live in, the other one can be rented out. He said: "The relocation house in Lijiacun is close to the Tai'an high-speed rail station and has a strategic location, so the rent will not be low." In other words, Wu Yong's family will also have a considerable income from rent in the future.
The reporter learned that in villages such as Liulangfen Village and Lijiazhuang, houses lacked unified planning and roads were narrow and crowded. With the launch of the high-speed rail new area reconstruction project and the completion of the construction of resettlement housing, the villagers' houses were renovated and moved back. At present, more than 210 households in Liulangfen Village have received the keys to their new houses and bid farewell to the dirty and messy living environment.

Village “upgrades” community
Unified management of property companies
A staff member of the Liulangfen Village Committee told reporters that the relocation compensation policy is very advantageous. Villagers who own a homestead can receive compensation for two houses. In addition, those who have elderly people at home can buy another affordable house based on their own circumstances.
"The houses range from more than 80 square meters to more than 100 square meters, and the construction cost price is charged." The staff said that after the villagers move into the building, they will also implement property management. They will no longer find two cleaning staff to simply clean the house as before, but will be standardized by a specialized property company.
Not only that, with the construction of relocation houses, villagers will also move back into new buildings one after another. Liulangfen Village, as well as the nearby Caojiazhuang Village and Xiaoyandi Village that were relocated together, will also implement community management, and each village will be renamed "community" or "community" according to the actual situation. "Our Liulangfen Village will be renamed Liulangfen Community in the future, while Xiaoyandi Village may be renamed Xiaoyandi Community in the future." The staff said that in the future, people in the communities and communities will no longer be villagers, but will be called "residents."
It is understood that at present, most of the villagers in Lijiazhuang Village and Caojiazhuang Village have completed their relocation.
planning
Planned for about 5 years
Improving the living environment in western Taicheng
In 2011, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway was completed and opened to traffic. The transportation artery running through the north and south has created new space for the construction of Happy Tai'an. In 2014, our city plans to use about five years to build the high-speed rail new area into the gateway new area of Tai'an's central city and improve the living environment in the western part of the central city.
There are 19 urban villages in the High-Speed Railway New Area, a shanty town reconstruction project that affects the happy lives of nearly 50,000 people. The entire high-speed railway shanty town area will be renovated in three areas.
In the core area of the high-speed railway, relying on the construction of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway Tai'an Station, five urban villages in the area have been renovated, involving nearly 2,000 residents. Three project areas have been planned for relocation and resettlement. The total construction area of Area A is 149,000 square meters, and residents of Nanhuang and Mawan communities have been relocated. The total construction area of Area B is 160,500 square meters, and the villagers of Caojiazhuang will be relocated. The total construction area of Area C is 176,000 square meters, and residents of Liulangfen and Lijiazhuang will be relocated. It is expected that in October this year, all the relocation buildings will be handed over and the relocation work of the entire high-speed rail core area will be completed.
In the southern area of the high-speed railway, 7 villages need to be transformed into urban villages, with about 5,000 households and about 20,000 residents. A total of 1.28 million square meters of resettlement housing needs to be constructed, which was fully launched in August last year. In the Panhe area, 7 villages in the area were relocated and renovated based on the management and construction of the Panhe channel.

landscape
Create an ecological landscape corridor along the Kaiyuan River
The Kaiyuan River Ecological Landscape Corridor will be divided into three sections: Good Weather, Good Harvest, and Peace and Peace. There are 6 gardens, namely Feng Garden, Xinyuan, Shuoyuan, Zhiyuan, Kangyuan and Baoyuan. The Wind Garden has urban sculptures, landscape pavilions, relief walls, etc.; the Xin Garden has a pleasant spring, the Wizard of Oz, clear water and golden sands, etc.; the Zhi Garden is the climax node of the Kaiyuan River landscape center. It is composed of Yangliu Inn and Shuoyuan designed to retain the existing landscape arch bridge and create a fruit tree planting pool to show the historic scene of abundant fruits and harvests; Kang Garden is mainly about fitness and is composed of butterfly spots, etc.; Baoyuan uses copper coins as the design symbol to show the peace and prosperity of the country through sculptures, trestles and other forms.
green space
Let the children go to school along the park
Green space planning includes protective green space, community parks, comprehensive parks, special parks, linear parks and street green spaces. The southern area of the high-speed rail has planned a complete pedestrian system consisting of a connecting green corridor, a connecting green corridor, a community trail, and a recreational greenway to realize the beautiful vision of residents going to school, shopping, and going home along the park. The recreational greenway makes full use of resources such as strip green space parallel to the road, urban waterfront space, and park green space, and combines the construction needs of the urban slow traffic system to build a recreational greenway system to create a continuous, safe, and humane public open space.
