[CNMO Technology News] Recently there are rumors that Intel plans to launch a new generation of Arc PRO graphics cards based on the Battlemage architecture, which will be officially released at the upcoming COMPUTEX. The Arc PRO A60 graphics card may be equipped with up to 24GB of video memory, attracting the attention of professional users. However, there has been no conclusive evidence about whether its gaming version, Arc B580, will also be launched with a 24GB video memory version.
Now, this suspense seems to have new progress. Mingxuan, one of the important partners of Intel graphics cards, recently submitted a certification document to the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), in which the model record of the Arc B580 24GB graphics card suddenly appeared. This means that Maxxuan has at least considered launching this model, although there is no official release information yet.
It should be noted that EEC registration does not mean that the product will eventually be put on the market. When many brands apply for EEC certification, they will register multiple potential SKUs in advance so that they can make subsequent decisions based on market feedback. In fact, up to now, Maxxuan has only officially launched three B580/B570 series graphics cards, belonging to the iCraft and Milestone series respectively. The documents exposed this time also include the "Terminator" series of products, which means that Maxxuan may have planned a richer product line layout.
Since its launch, Intel Arc series graphics cards have still faced challenges in the high-end market, but they have gradually gained a foothold in the mid-range market with their high cost performance and continuous improvement in driver optimization. If the Arc B580 24GB version is finally released, it will become one of the few high-graphics memory mainstream game cards currently on the market, especially suitable for content creators and high-resolution game players.
