7. College Enrollment Management Organization
(1) The college has established an enrollment leadership group to study and formulate the college's enrollment plan, determine enrollment policies and rules, and decide on major enrollment matters; it is responsible for implementing relevant enrollment policies and rules, and researching and determining the college's admissions principles and specific methods.

8. Principles and methods for enrollment plan allocation
The college recruits students from more than ten provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country. The specific number of students enrolled in each major is based on the plan announced by the admissions department of each province (autonomous region and municipality).

11. Physical health requirements
The physical health requirements for students in all majors are implemented in accordance with the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for General College Admissions" issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. If it stipulates that "the school may not admit students" or "the relevant majors of the school may not admit students", the college will in principle implement "not admit students".
12. Admission rules
(1) The major (group) chosen by the candidate must meet the subject requirements for the major (group).
(2) The college determines the adjustment ratio based on the student resources above the admission control line for the current batch provided by the enrollment authorities of each province (municipalities, autonomous regions). In principle, the adjustment ratio is determined based on 1:1 of the number of enrollment in the current batch. The new college entrance examination reform provinces will implement the new college entrance examination admission policy.
(3) The college implements the relevant regulations on filing by the admissions authorities of the province (municipalities and autonomous regions) where the candidates are located. Candidates who enter the program will be admitted based on the principle of "score priority, candidate preference, and professional preference without any difference". 1. There is no score difference between majors. Applicants will be admitted in order from high scores to low scores. If the scores are the same, the best will be admitted according to the provincial college entrance examination score ranking rules. If the ranking of college entrance examination results in individual provinces is not clearly defined, if the total scores of candidates are the same, they will be ranked according to the total cultural score. If the total cultural scores are still the same, they will be sorted by the order of individual subjects and the order of scores; 2. The order of single subjects: liberal arts are Chinese, comprehensive liberal arts, mathematics, and foreign languages. The science subjects include mathematics, comprehensive science, Chinese and foreign languages. When candidates are not admitted to all the majors they filled in, those who obey the major adjustment will be adjusted from high scores to low scores to the majors that are not fully admitted. Those who do not obey the major adjustment will be withdrawn.
(4) There are no single subject requirements for all majors.
(5) The college recognizes and implements the policies and regulations on adding points or reducing points for admission formulated by the admissions departments of each province (municipalities and autonomous regions).
(6) There is no limit on the ratio of men to women in admissions.
(7) For the admissions of candidates participating in the "junior college to bachelor's degree" admissions, the college shall implement the regulations of the "Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics Oriental College's 2024 Retired College Soldiers' Entrance Exam-Exemption to Junior College and Bachelor's Degree Enrollment Regulations", "Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics Oriental College's 2024 Junior College to Bachelor's Degree Admissions Regulations", and "Zhejiang Province's 2024 Implementation Rules for Selection of Higher Vocational College Graduates into Undergraduate Studies".
(8) The admission of candidates participating in art and independent examination admissions shall be carried out in accordance with the admissions regulations of the Ministry of Education, provincial admissions authorities and colleges.
13. Charging standards
Tuition fee standard:
All majors in the college implement a credit-based fee system, and the academic year tuition is composed of professional tuition and credit-based tuition. Tuition fees for each major's academic year are collected in advance according to the standards filed with the price authority.
The academic year tuition for finance, international economics and trade, cross-border e-commerce, accounting, financial management, auditing, taxation, finance, business administration, e-commerce, and English is 24,750 yuan/student;
The annual tuition fee for data science and big data technology major is 20,000 yuan/student;
The annual tuition fee for computer science and technology, industrial design, and art undergraduate majors is 27,750 yuan/student;
The academic year tuition for other general undergraduate majors is 18,000 yuan/student.
Accommodation fee standard:
A four-person room costs 2,500 yuan/student/school year, and a six-person room costs 1,800 yuan/student/school year.
14. Funding Policy
The college has nearly 20 various types of scholarships, including "National Scholarship, Provincial Government Scholarship, National Inspirational Scholarship, Oriental Academy Scholarship, Outstanding Student Scholarship, and Quality Development Scholarship". They are selected once a year, and more than 50% of them are awarded.
