Tianjin University of Finance and Economics’ latest fortune: a well-established financial and economics school with super hard-core strength
Tianjin University of Finance and Economics was founded in 1958, based on the economics and management major of Nankai University. It comes from a well-known family. It is now a key university in Tianjin and a high-level characteristic university construction unit in Tianjin. It is also an important base for cultivating high-level economic and management talents in northern my country.
The school campus covers an area of nearly 1,400 acres and has more than 16,000 full-time students. It is no longer a single financial institution, but a multidisciplinary university with economics and management as its main disciplines and the coordinated development of literature, law, science, engineering, art and other disciplines. The discipline strength is even more outstanding. It has three first-level discipline doctoral programs and postdoctoral mobile stations in applied economics, business administration, and management science and engineering, 9 first-level discipline master's degree programs, and 16 professional master's degree programs. Since its establishment, Tiancai has trained more than 100,000 graduates for the economic and social development of the country and Tianjin. 1. Party Committee Secretary: Zhao Ming
Zhao Ming, male, Han nationality, born in June 1972, is from Botou, Hebei Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1995 and started working in July 1994. He has a full-time university and on-the-job postgraduate degree and a doctorate in law. He currently serves as Secretary of the Party Committee of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
Preside over the overall work of the party committee; be responsible for party building, ideological and political construction, cadre team building, and ideological work; coordinate school development planning, major reforms and stability, lead the joint meeting of party secretaries, and consolidate party building responsibilities.
2. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal
Meng Hao, born in May 1976 in Tianjin, has a PhD in Economics, professor, master's tutor, and decision-making consulting expert of the Tianjin Municipal Government. Currently, he is deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, and vice chairman (concurrently) of the Municipal Federation of Social Sciences.
Responsible for comprehensive administrative work; responsible for teaching, scientific research, discipline construction, finance, personnel, and asset management; promoting new financial and economic construction, subject climbing, and scientific research, docking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy, and coordinating daily school operations.
3. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee: Ma Yan
Ma Yan, male, born in February 1966, is from Tianjin. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1985 and started working in July 1986. He has a graduate degree from a full-time university and the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee and is a senior political engineer. Currently, he is deputy secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the labor union of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
Assist the secretary in charge of students' ideological and political education, student management, Communist Youth League, campus culture, stability maintenance, and employment; coordinate student growth and ideological and political soul building, and implement the "student-centered" concept.
4. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee: Chen Liansheng
Chen Liansheng, male, member of the Communist Party of China, currently serves as deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.

Ma Yaming, male, born in October 1973, is from Chibi, Hubei Province. He has a PhD in economics, professor and doctoral supervisor. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
Assist the president in scientific research management, postgraduate education, discipline construction, international cooperation and exchanges; coordinate the construction of doctoral/master's programs, international certification (such as AMBA, ACCA), and promote foreign cooperation and think tank construction.
7. Leader of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team: Jiang Guobin
Jiang Guobin, male, member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and the leader of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the Tianjin Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection at Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
