On December 6, the finals of the second Anhui Financial Case Competition, sponsored by the Anhui Financial Case Competition Organizing Committee and hosted by the School of Economics of Hefei University of Technology, were held at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Big Data Center of the Feicui Lake Campus of Hefei University of Technology.
At the opening ceremony, Deng Daocai, director of the Master of Finance Education Center of Anhui University, read out the competition rules and served as the leader of the review team. The judging panel for this year's finals is composed of experts such as Teacher Wang Haitao from Hefei University of Technology and Teacher Chen Meigui from Anhui University of Finance and Economics. Leaders of the Graduate School, relevant colleges and representatives from other institutions attended the event.
In the final defense, the participating teams reported on designated cases, covering problem analysis, model application, data presentation, and strategic argumentation. The review teachers will grade the presentation content on-site according to the scoring rules and inquire about key aspects of the defense process.

Since the launch of this competition, a total of 168 entries have been received. All works were based on unified standards and went through three stages: preliminary review, review and finals. In the end, a total of 51 teams won the award.

Huang Fei, deputy dean of the Graduate School, and Zhang Bingwu, secretary of the School of Economics of Hefei University of Technology, presented awards to the special prize students
Vice Dean Shi Sheng of the School of Economics of Hefei University of Technology and Deputy Dean Zheng Feihong of the School of Economics of Hefei University presented awards to the first prize students
Teacher Wang Haitao from Hefei University of Technology and teacher Liu Liping from Anhui University of Technology presented awards to the second prize students
Teacher Deng Daocai from Anhui University and Teacher Chen Meigui from Anhui University of Finance and Economics presented awards to the second prize students
In the summary of the closing ceremony, Huang Fei, deputy dean of the Graduate School of Hefei University of Technology, pointed out that the school adheres to the educational purpose of "serving the country through industry" and serves the overall development of the country. The School of Economics and related units focus on cultivating high-level financial talents and systematically improve students' professional quality and innovation capabilities through multi-dimensional paths such as building a case teaching system, building practice platforms, and organizing professional competitions. The school will continue to support such competitions and strengthen its role in promoting financial theoretical research and practical ability cultivation.
