On March 17, 2026, Buick’s first pure electric MPV, the Zhijing Shijia pure electric version, was officially launched. Only a luxury version was launched, with an official guide price of 489,900 yuan.
At this point, Buick has completed the brand's flagship dual-power layout of plug-in hybrid + pure electric, and Buick has become the only MPV brand in the industry that covers all energy modes of fuel, plug-in hybrid, and pure electric.
It is reported that the new car is positioned as a "villa-level new energy flagship MPV" with safety as its core background. Among them, the new car is equipped with 3.6 billion kilometers of 0-spontaneous ignition batteries. The 9-vertical and 5-lateral protective structure is equipped with the first liquid cooling technology. It has been verified for more than 40,000 hours that thermal runaway will not cause fire under extreme working conditions. The electromagnetic radiation in the car is far lower than the national standard. The passive safety is built in accordance with the North American five-star anti-rollover standard. High-strength steel accounts for 78%. It has passed strict extreme inspections and achieved equal safety in the three rows.
In terms of core performance, the new car is the world's first MPV with 900V 6C ultra-fast charging, with a peak charging power of 640KW and 10%-80% recharging in just 11.5 minutes. The 96kWh battery is matched with a 601km CLTC range, taking into account energy replenishment efficiency and travel needs. It is also equipped with the Xiaoyao Zhixing system based on the Momenta R6 large model, achieving NOA in cities without high-precision maps, ranking first in the industry in assisted driving. It also has 0.258Cd ultra-low wind resistance and the first matte gray double-block high-definition paint.
