This event is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, and hosted by the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce. The event aims to strengthen the two-way linkage between "exporting to China" and "buying in China", promoting the in-depth integration of import trade and consumption upgrading, and striving to create the first stop for global good things to enter Zhejiang and a demonstration window for three new consumption scenarios.
At the meeting, the organizers released a video explaining the "Export to China" logo, explaining the core original intention of promoting import trade from the perspective of trading partner countries and sharing China's large market. Hangzhou City promotes "Export to China" characteristic innovative measures to demonstrate local practical paths in import trade innovation and consumption scene creation. The Bank of China, China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation, etc. have respectively issued special support measures to inject new impetus into the high-quality development of import trade from the dimensions of financial security, platform empowerment, and supply chain services.
The event site has two core areas of 20,000 square meters for imported goods and high-quality consumer products, divided into 8 special areas including imported enterprises, BRICS countries, cross-border e-commerce, bulk commodities, three new consumption, and new energy vehicles. Seven supporting activities, including cross-border e-commerce docking, BRICS economic and trade cooperation promotion, and the release of three new consumer products, will be jointly held to gather global high-quality imported resources and local specialty goods to create an efficient import trade docking and immersive consumption experience space.
It is reported that this event will last until March 17. Since last year, the "Sharing Big Market·Exporting to China" series of activities has been held in Beijing, Shanghai and other places for nearly 10 times.
