At the theme event, the China Consumers Association and the Supreme People's Procuratorate jointly released typical cases of public interest litigation for consumer rights protection; the China Consumers Association released the top ten typical judicial cases of consumer rights protection nationwide in 2025; the China Consumers Association and the Market Supervision Society jointly released the top ten typical cases of complaint mediation organized by the National Consumers Association from 2023 to 2025.
Through the release of a series of typical cases, the event conveyed the concept of using the power of the rule of law to promote systematic rectification of the industry. By promoting operators' honest and law-abiding operations, consumers' awareness of legal rights protection was enhanced, social governance of legal consumption rights protection was strengthened, and the continuous optimization of the consumption environment was promoted.
