At present, the MEMS core device industrial park and science and technology incubator park have been put into operation, and the Central Innovation Park has been fully constructed. At the construction site of the first phase of the China (Bengbu) Sensing Valley Central Innovation Park, project leader Deng Bin told reporters that the project started in late April this year. It is expected that the main structure of the first phase factory building of approximately 110,000 square meters will be completed by the end of October this year, and will be equipped with water, electricity, gas, greening, roads, etc., making it easier for companies to move in and install production equipment as soon as possible, so as to achieve early production results.
"This is the province's largest single project after Anhui implemented the separate assessment and bidding model. The factory building can reach up to eight floors and is equipped with complete apartments and supporting facilities, which can meet all aspects of enterprise development needs." Ge Duolei said that after the first phase of the factory is completed, it can provide production sites for more than 10 high-tech enterprises.
