Announcement of the Unified Examination for Sports Majors"
Clarify examination arrangements, examination requirements, etc.

In order to ensure the safe and orderly conduct of the unified examination for sports majors in general colleges and universities in our province in 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Unified Sports Examination"), the examination-related matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Exam time and place
It will be held from March 17th to 22nd at Hainan Normal University (Guilinyang Campus) and Hainan University (only swimming test).
2. Download and print the admission ticket and test commitment letter
(1) From March 11 to 22, candidates can log on to the Hainan Provincial Examination Bureau website, enter the college entrance examination registration system with their application card, download and print the admission ticket (can be printed in color or black and white, and can be laminated by themselves).
(2) Candidates must download and print the "2026 Hainan Province General College Admissions Unified Examination for Physical Education Majors Commitment Letter" (see attachment 1 for details), carefully read and sign the commitment letter with their legal guardian, and submit it to the test center for retention when entering the exam.
3. Examination arrangements
(1) Projects and batches
For details of the unified sports examination items and methods, please refer to the "2026 Hainan Province General College Admissions Sports Professional Examination Implementation Measures".
The unified physical education examination is arranged in one batch every day, with a total of 6 batches. Candidates must take the exam according to the batch, time and location indicated on the admission ticket. For details of the specific arrangements for each project and city or county, please refer to the 2026 Hainan Province General College Admissions Unified Examination Batch Schedule for Sports Majors (Appendix 2).
(2) Specific time of examination
Physical fitness test: 7:30-12:00 every day;
Table tennis special technical examination: 14:30-18:00 every afternoon;
Except for table tennis, other special technical examinations: 15:00-18:00 pm.
Candidates must enter the examination room 30 minutes before the start of the examination according to the time marked on the admission ticket.
Special reminder: Candidates who apply for the swimming special technical examination should take the quality test at Hainan Normal University (Guilin Yang Campus) in the morning, gather at the East Gate 2 of Hainan Normal University (Guilin Yang Campus) at 13:00 in the afternoon, and take the swimming special technical examination at Hainan University by bus.
4. Candidates’ requirements for taking the examination
(1) Candidates should take the exam according to the batch, time and order required by the admission ticket (candidates who are not in the same batch are not allowed to enter). Those who still do not enter 15 minutes after the exam starts will be deemed to have given up their qualifications for the exam.
(2) Candidates must take the exam with their admission ticket and ID card. Candidates must undergo identity verification and submit a paper "Commitment Letter for the Unified Sports Examination" before admission.
(3) Candidates must gather at the guidance and order group after entering the venue and participate in various examinations under the guidance of the instructors of each group. Candidates must obey the management of the examination process.
1. Follow the instructions of the on-site instructor to wait or take the test in the special area for waiting and testing. Candidates are prohibited from moving around at will;
2. Candidate preparation activities are carried out in batches in delineated (or designated) areas in accordance with the test order;
3. Candidates must use hand sanitizer before and after using examination equipment;
4. After the examination, the unified command of the examination center will arrange for the candidates to leave the examination room in an orderly manner.
(4) Candidates are not allowed to wear clothing with obvious identity marks or school logos to take the exam, and violators will not be allowed to enter the examination room.
(5) Candidates are not allowed to bring mobile phones and other communication equipment, sports equipment, as well as dangerous goods such as knives, flammable, explosive and corrosive items into the examination center.
(6) To ensure their own safety, candidates are advised to purchase personal accident insurance on their own.
(7) After each exam, candidates can go to the bulletin board to check their electrical meter scores. If you have any objections, please submit an appeal to the Examination Affairs Office within one hour after the exam ends.
(8) Candidates should abide by the examination rules. Candidates are not allowed to delay the examination time under any excuse. If candidates engage in violations or cheating, no matter when they are discovered, they will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the "Measures for Handling Violations in National Educational Examinations" and other relevant regulations, until this year's college entrance examination results, admission qualifications, admission qualifications and college student status are cancelled. If a candidate commits illegal acts such as taking the exam for a substitute, he or she will be transferred to the public security organs for handling in accordance with Article 284-1 of the Criminal Law.
(9) Since the venue and equipment need to be disinfected before the exam, candidates will not be arranged to check and adapt to the venue.
