2026 Recruitment Announcement For Fresh College Graduates From Educational And Vocational Institutions

According to work needs, in accordance with the "Personnel Management Regulations of Public Institutions" and the relevant policies and regulations of open recruitment of public institutions, "Education and Career" magazine will openly recruit 3 staff members for fresh college graduates in 2026, and the China Vocational Education Society Career Guidance Center will openly recruit 2 staff members for fresh college graduates in 2026. 1. Introduction to the unit

1. "Education and Occupation" magazine was founded in October 1917 and has a history of more than 100 years. It is the earliest and oldest vocational education journal in my country. Famous Chinese educators Jiang Menglin, Zou Taofen, Huang Yanpei, etc. have all served as chief editors. It is now under the supervision of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and sponsored by the China Vocational Education Society. It is a self-funded institution.

"Education and Occupation" magazine is a bimonthly publication. It is a national Chinese core journal and a full-text journal included in several major China Journal Network databases. The magazine is positioned as an academic journal on vocational education. Its content is based on the actual reform and development of vocational education in China. It aims to advocate academic innovation, promote academic exchanges, and improve academic standards. It explores major vocational education issues that are currently concerned by society and the education community, and extensively exchanges the latest achievements in vocational education theory and reform practice at home and abroad. As a result, the published papers include research results on vocational education, adult education, private education, rural education, comparative education, educational management, teacher development, moral education research, career guidance, vocational training, innovation and entrepreneurship education, curriculum and teaching, etc. The readers are educational administrators, educational researchers, and front-line education workers.

In the course of more than 100 years of development, the magazine "Education and Occupation" has not only played an important role in disseminating vocational education theories, promoting the development of vocational education ideas, and exchanging vocational education research and implementation results, but also preserved a large number of complete and systematic historical materials, providing an important reference for studying the history of modern vocational education in my country.

2. The Vocational Guidance Center of China Vocational Education Society (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was established in 1995 with the approval of the Office of the Central Institutional Establishment Committee. It is a public institution directly affiliated with China Vocational Education Society. It is an important functional organization for China Vocational Education Society to carry out vocational education guidance, vocational education evaluation, and vocational education teacher training. It assumes the important responsibility of China Vocational Education Society to fulfill the obligations imposed by the newly revised "Vocational Education Law". Its purpose is to inherit the experience and tradition of China Vocational Education Society in carrying out career guidance activities, give full play to the advantages of China Vocational Education Society's extensive connections, carry out effective work through various methods and channels, and promote the high-quality development of modern vocational education.

The center fully implements the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee on vocational education. Under the leadership of the China Vocational Education Society, it mainly undertakes the following responsibilities and tasks: first, to research, promote, guide, and promote vocational enlightenment and career planning, and to grasp the latest trends in further education and employment in the field of domestic and foreign vocational education; second, to carry out research and theoretical research on vocational education and career guidance; third, to undertake national standards for vocational education Tasks such as formulating and evaluating the system, cooperating with relevant national departments to carry out vocational education teacher training and consultation on vocational education development; fourth, organizing and editing vocational education books and materials, disseminating instructions and information on the development of vocational education; fifth, carrying out specific work such as school running, career guidance and social services according to the requirements of China Vocational Education Society, and undertaking the implementation of cooperation projects signed by China Vocational Education Society and relevant institutions.

2. Basic conditions

1. Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

2. Support the Constitution, laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, be of good conduct, and abide by the law;

3. Firm political stance, firmly establish the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", resolutely achieve the "two safeguards", maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core in terms of ideology and politics, and love the cause of the united front;

4. Under 38 years old (born after March 2, 1987);

5. Possess academic qualifications and corresponding degrees in majors that meet the recruitment requirements;

6. Have the physical condition and mental quality to perform duties normally;

7. Master certain scientific research methods, have certain data statistical analysis capabilities, have strong communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills and solid writing skills.

Those who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been expelled from the Communist Party of China, those who have been dismissed from public office, those who are listed as targets of joint punishment for dishonesty in accordance with the law, those who have been found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of examination and recruitment (employment) disciplines in the recruitment of public officials at all levels, and those who are under other circumstances that are not allowed to be employed as staff of public institutions according to laws and regulations, are not allowed to apply.

3. Recruitment scope

The recruitment targets are fresh graduates from colleges and universities across the country in 2026 (including college graduates who have not confirmed their work unit within the two-year career selection period, excluding various types of commissioned trainees and targeted students). Applicants must obtain an academic degree certificate when they graduate. The professional requirements required for the position are the majors corresponding to the highest academic qualifications obtained by the applicants. Students from Beijing refer to applicants who already have permanent residence in Beijing, excluding collective residence in Beijing universities.

4. Recruitment positions and qualifications

Among them, the professional requirements for relevant positions refer to the professional catalog published by the Ministry of Education ("Undergraduate Major Catalog of General Universities" and "Catalogue of Disciplines and Majors for the Award of Doctoral and Master's Degrees and the Training of Postgraduate Students"). 5. Recruitment procedures

(1) Application methods and time

The registration period is from March 2 to March 16, 2026. Applicants are required to fill in the "Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions Affiliated to China Vocational Education Society" within the specified registration time (see attachment 2). At the same time, submit scanned copies of ID cards, student ID cards, transcripts during school, employment recommendation forms and other materials and recent one-inch color electronic photos without hats. Zip and package them and send them to the designated email address of our company. Please indicate in the subject line of the email: "Application for "Education and Occupation" magazine/Career Guidance Center of China Vocational Education Society + name (indicate whether students are from Beijing or outside Beijing)."

Applicants should provide complete, true and valid personal information as required. If the applicants have close relatives (husband and wife, direct blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, close relatives by marriage, etc.) and major social relationships in China Vocational Education Society and their affiliated units, they must fill in the information truthfully and actively report it. If you provide false information or conceal information, your qualifications for application and employment will be revoked immediately upon verification.

(2) Qualification review

The qualification review process runs through the entire open recruitment process. Applications will be reviewed based on the registration qualifications and recruitment position requirements stipulated in this announcement to be objective, fair and timely, and treat all applicants equally. The list of candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification review will be announced on the official website of China Vocational Education Society (www.zhzjs.org.cn) before March 22, 2026.

Only when the ratio of candidates who pass the preliminary qualification review to the number of candidates for the position reaches 3:1 can the examination be started. If the ratio cannot be reached, the number of candidates for the position should be reduced before the written test is started to ensure that the ratio is reached until the recruitment plan for the position is cancelled. The plan to reduce the number of job recruitments or cancel the job recruitment will be announced on the official website of China Vocational Education Society (www.zhzjs.org.cn) before the written examination. Applicants who fail the preliminary qualification review will not be notified.

(3) Written test

The specific time, location and related matters of the written examination will be announced on the official website of China Vocational Education Society (www.zhzjs.org.cn). On the day of the written examination, candidates must enter the examination room with their original ID cards. This exam does not specify tutoring books, nor does it hold or entrust any organization to hold tutoring training courses.

The written test scores are based on a hundred-point system, and the passing score is 70 points.

After the written examination, the list of candidates for interview will be announced on the official website of China Vocational Education Society (www.zhzjs.org.cn). Applicants who have not been interviewed will not be notified.

(4) Interview

Those who pass the written test will be selected for interviews in order of scores from high to low in a ratio of 5:1 (those with tied written test scores will be interviewed together). If the applicant gives up the interview qualification, candidates will be filled in order of written test scores from high to low; if the number of qualified candidates does not reach 5:1, interviews will be organized based on the actual number of qualified candidates.

Applicants who participate in the interview must submit the following materials on-site for qualification review on the day of the interview:

1. "2026 Open Recruitment Application Form for Public Institutions Affiliated to China Vocational Education Society" (past a recent one-inch color photo without a hat);

2. Original and copy of ID card and student ID card;

3. Original and copy of employment recommendation form;

4. Transcripts during school;

5. Originals and copies of other required materials.

If the main information in the relevant materials is untrue and affects the results of the qualification review, the recruiting unit has the right to disqualify the applicant from participating in the interview.

The interview scores are based on a hundred-point system, and the passing score is 70 points.

The written test scores and interview scores will be included in the overall score with a weight of 50% each.

Interview results will be notified via phone call, text message, etc. Those whose interview scores and comprehensive scores do not reach the passing mark will no longer enter the physical examination and inspection links.

(5) Physical examination and inspection

According to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low, the difference assessment objects will be determined in a ratio of 2:1.

1. Physical examination. The physical examination will be organized and implemented with reference to the current physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment, and the physical examination fees will be borne by the recruiting unit.

2. Inspection. In accordance with the standards for good cadres in the new era and relevant policies and regulations, pre-employment inspections will be carried out based on the qualifications and requirements of the recruitment positions. The inspection will comprehensively understand the subject's political quality, moral character, ability quality, psychological quality, learning and work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, job compatibility and whether there is a need for avoidance, etc., highlighting political standards, and resolutely not hiring those who are politically unqualified. The inspection team shall conduct an in-depth inspection of the school where the target is located, and conduct individual interviews, review personnel files, inquire social credit records, and interview candidates for inspection. Extended inspections may also be conducted as needed.

Those who are found not to meet the employment conditions during the inspection will be filled in equal amounts in descending order according to their overall performance ranking.

(6) Public announcement

Based on the results of examinations, physical examinations and inspections, the candidates to be hired will be selected and announced on the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's "Open Recruitment Service Platform for Institutions Affiliated to Central and State Agencies" and the official website of China Vocational Education Society (www.zhzjs.org.cn). The publicity period is 5 working days.

(7) Employment

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or the reported problems do not affect the employment, the employment procedures will be handled according to the regulations after being reported to the relevant departments for filing and approval; if the problems that affect the employment are reported and verified, the employment will not be granted; if the reported problems are difficult to verify for the time being, the employment can be postponed, and a decision will be made on whether to go through the employment procedures after the investigation.

Newly hired personnel shall be subject to a probation period system in accordance with regulations. If they pass the probation period, they will be formally employed; if they fail to pass the probation period, their employment will be cancelled.
