From the date of this announcement to November 25, 2025.
2. Collection principles
Adhere to the principle of people first, take the voices and needs of the masses as the main basis for decision-making, focus on the issues that the people have the strongest response and the most urgent need to solve based on priorities, and take more measures to benefit the people's livelihood and warm the people's hearts, so that the people's sense of gain, happiness, and security will be more fulfilling, more secure, and more sustainable.
3. Collection content
People's livelihood matters are the most direct and realistic people's livelihood issues that involve the vital interests of the people. The collection matters mainly include specific content in social security, employment and entrepreneurship, education and medical care, culture and sports, housing security, municipal construction, food safety, child care and elderly care, rural revitalization, ecological environment, road transportation, social governance, post-disaster reconstruction, public safety and other aspects.
4. Collection method
Collection is mainly done through letters, emails, phone calls, etc. The matters raised should have specific goals and content, and be concise and to the point. To facilitate contact and further solicitation of comments, please indicate your contact details.
