On March 2, the 2026 "Spring Breeze Action" and Employment Assistance Season Job Fair was held in Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County. With the theme of "Spring Breeze Brings Jobs to Promote Employment, and True Help Warms People's Hearts", this job fair was led by the County Federation of Trade Unions and co-organized by the Organization Department of the County Party Committee, the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and other departments. More than 1,000 job seekers entered the venue that day, more than 500 job seeker resumes were received online and offline, and more than 400 employment intentions were reached on the spot.

A total of 56 high-quality companies from inside and outside the county participated in the fair. The positions cover manufacturing, modern service industry, information technology, modern agriculture, education and training and other fields. Technical positions, management positions, reserve positions, and grassroots service positions are all available. The event was crowded and the atmosphere was warm. The heads of the organizers communicated with job seekers and business leaders, listened carefully to the demands of job seekers, and provided policy answers and service guidance.
The job fair adopts a dual-track model of "offline main venue + online cloud recruitment". Offline face-to-face negotiations and on-site interviews; online live broadcasts and cloud docking. The live broadcast room has attracted nearly a thousand people to watch, truly breaking the time and space constraints and allowing employment services to never close. The event also sets up special service areas for career planning, talent assessment and other services, and provides one-on-one guidance from professional instructors to effectively enhance the employment competitiveness of job seekers.
