In terms of transportation. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, we will improve the modern comprehensive transportation system, basically build the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway main corridors and the national highway network, promote the upgrading of high-grade inland waterways, basically build a world-class port group and airport group, and implement a number of major engineering projects such as connecting high-standard high-speed rail channels along the river, building new Three Gorges water transportation channels, and promoting highway safety and resilience improvements. At the same time, we will strengthen the coverage and accessibility of weak areas and promote the renewal, renovation, maintenance and management of transportation infrastructure.
In terms of energy. We will focus on building a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient new energy system, adhere to the simultaneous development of wind, solar, water, nuclear and other energy sources, implement the ten-year doubling action of non-fossil energy, and promote the safe, reliable and orderly replacement of fossil energy by non-fossil energy. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, through the implementation of a number of major engineering projects such as Yaxia Hydropower, "Shagohuang" new energy base, and power transmission channels, the west-to-east electricity transmission capacity will reach more than 420 million kilowatts, and non-fossil energy will account for 25% of total energy consumption in 2030.
In water conservancy. In recent years, the main framework and arteries of the national water network have been gradually improved. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, we will focus on the construction of modern water networks, accelerate the demonstration and implementation of a number of major engineering projects in river management, flood control reservoirs, major water diversion, construction and renovation of large and medium-sized irrigation areas, and enhance the ability to prevent flood disasters, coordinate the allocation of water resources, and ensure urban and rural water supply.
