According to IT House news on February 20, rumors about Nvidia’s new flagship graphics card have resurfaced. The whistleblower Moore's Law is Dead mentioned in his latest show today that the prototype of this mysterious new GPU has been testing since mid-2025.
He calls this GPU RTX 5090 Ti or Blackwell Titan. However, it is similar to the previously exposed Titan Ada, RTX 50 SUPER series and RX 9800 XT series graphics cards. Although there are laboratory prototypes, they will probably never be released.

In terms of core specifications, it will have about 5% more CUDA cores than the RTX 5090, which is expected to reach 22,848. This number means that this graphics card still does not use the full GB202 chip (24576 cores, the closest RTX PRO 6000 is 24064 cores).
In terms of power consumption, this prototype card can be called an "electric tiger". It is said that under normal operating conditions, its power consumption will reach 700 to 750 watts, and the power consumption of the unlocked prototype card even exceeds 1,000 watts.
Such high power consumption naturally places extremely high requirements on heat dissipation. Sources described this graphics card as "requiring both hands to hold it," implying that its size and weight will be considerable.
As we all know, there are obvious marginal effects on the performance of electronic products. Power consumption has increased significantly, but it cannot be exchanged for a performance leap of the same proportion. Its performance is expected to be only about 10% higher than the RTX 5090, and under ideal conditions this number may reach 20%.
For reference, the MSI RTX 5090 LIGHTNING Z "Lightning" graphics card released with 1000W performance has about 13% higher frame rates in some games than the RTX 5090 public version graphics card.
