Yunnan University has carried out in-depth "employment focus" action, from "visiting companies" to "visiting local places", proactively contacting 30 provincial-level organizational departments and more than 300 municipal-level organizations and human resources and social security departments across the country, and entering the school to carry out selection, recruitment and group recruitment. Since September, many cities (districts) inside and outside the province have been invited to the school to carry out group recruitment, resulting in more than 800 internal talent recruitment needs and more than 990 enterprise employment needs. In addition, the school has developed and designed a 3D real-life simulation interview room to provide students with convenient and realistic interview training conditions.

Kunming University of Science and Technology held the first autumn large-scale two-way selection meeting for 2024 graduates. 341 enterprises and institutions participated in the conference, of which more than 75% were central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, Fortune 500 companies and listed companies. Enterprises in Yunnan Province accounted for 48%. Participating units cover multiple industries such as new energy, new materials, machinery manufacturing, information software, and biomedicine, providing more than 6,400 in-demand positions. In the early stage of the double-election meeting, the main leaders of the school took the lead in "visiting companies to find jobs" and actively "going out and inviting in". The Employment Guidance Center connected with the human resources and social security departments in advance to carry out supply and demand docking activities between government, schools and enterprises, integrate employment resources, and extensively develop employment channels and jobs.

Yunnan University of Finance and Economics held a large-scale autumn two-way selection meeting for graduates of 2024. 288 well-known domestic companies such as China Aviation Technology International Holdings Co., Ltd. and China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. came to the school to recruit, providing 10 positions. There are more than 00 jobs, and the recruitment demand is more than 6,000 people; it has held "small but refined, professional and excellent" small and medium-sized job fairs and information sessions such as "Friday Job Opening", providing more than 150 positions, hiring more than 1,000 people, and nearly 2,000 participants.

Kunming Metallurgical College held a 2024 graduate recruitment launching ceremony and a special job fair for metallurgical and mining industries. More than 90 companies from across the province and abroad attended the meeting, offering more than 4,000 positions in smelting, materials, chemicals, electrical automation and other categories.
